1. Go to "file/reset" and answer yes.

2. Click the top window, and then "Min/Max Toggle" located in the lower right corner of the screen.

3. Under "Objects", choose "Capsule" . Go to "Keyboard entry" rollout, leave coordinates to 0,0,0 and set radius to 6 and height 150.

Then press "Create".

4. Under "Modify" , go to "Parameters" rollout and set sides to 20.

5. If not already done, select the capsule and under "Main Toolbar", first left click, then right-click "Select and Move" button.

6. Under "Absolute: World", put -40 in the Y field.

Then close the "Move Transform Type-In" window.

7. Under "Main Toolbar", click "Reference Coordinate System" and choose "World". Then, hold the button on the right pressed, and choose

"Transform Coordinate Center".

 

8. Yet under "Main Toolbar", go to "Array" and put these settings:

Presso "Ok" and close the "Array" window.

9. Now press "Zoom extents All" , in the lower right corner of the screen.

Your actual situation should look like this:

 

10. Under "Objects", choose "Cylinder" . Go to "Keyboard entry" rollout, leave coordinates to 0,0,0 and set radius to 40 and height to 150. Then press "Create".

11. Under "Modify", go to "Parameters" rollout and set sides to 30. Name the Cylinder "Column".

12. Deselect all, Choosing "Select Object" under "Main Toolbar" and then clicking on an empty zone.

13. Select the capsule named "Capsule01", and then, under "Compounds", press "Connect Compound Object" .

Under "Create" , press "Pick Operand" .

14. Under "Main Toolbar", press "Select by Name" . Click on "Capsule 02" and press "Pick". Then press "Select by Name" and click on "Capsule 03" and press "Pick". Do that until all the capsules are picked.

15. Deactivate the "Pick Operand" button by pressing it . Then select the cylinder named "Column".

16. Under "Compounds", press "Boolean Compound Object" . Under "Create" , press "Pick Operand" and click one of the capsules. Deactivate the "Pick Operand" button by pressing it.

17. Under "Objects", choose "Box" . Go to "Keyboard entry" rollout, leave coordinates to 0,0,0 and fill the other fields like showed below:

Then press "Create".

18. Press "Zoom Extens All" and the scene would look like this:

19. Under "Objects", choose "ChamferCyl" . Go to "Keyboard entry" rollout, leave coordinates to 0,0,0 and fill the other fields like showed below:

Then press "Create".

20. Under "Modify", go to "Parameters" rollout and set sides to 40 and fillet segs to 10.

21. Press "Min/Max Toggle" located in the lower right corner of the screen. Then press "Zoom Extens All" .

22. Go to "Rendering/Render" and select Viewport "Perspective" .

23. Press the "Render" button:
